Exhibit Location: The Blake Hotel,  555 S. McDowell St., Charlotte, NC 28204. Parking will be available at the site.

Setup and tear down: Setup will be Wednesday, March 10, 12-5 p.m. Tear down begins at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 11 after the EXPO closes.  Everything must be removed from The Blake Hotel no later than 6 p.m. on March 11.  No exhibitor will be permitted to dismantle an exhibit prior to the close of the EXPO.

Event Schedule: The Realtor® EXPO will open at 9 a.m. for association members. A continental breakfast will be served. At 12:30 p.m,  the Realtor® EXPO keynote speaker will address members in the main ballroom. The EXPO floor will remain open during the keynote speaker session.

Electrical, Audiovisual and Internet: All electrical, audiovisual and Internet needs must be processed though the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association.  The price sheet for these services will be available shortly.  Please make your requests in writing to Michele Di Donato.  

Realtor® EXPO Badges: Badges will be provided to all exhibitors/sponsors and must be worn at all times when on the EXPO floor. Exhibitors will receive four complimentary full-access Realtor® EXPO badges with their booth.

Sponsors can receive additional complimentary badges based on their sponsorship level. (See Sponsor Benefits.)
 
If additional company representatives want to attend the Realtor® EXPO, full-access EXPO badges can be purchased for $25.  The full-access badge gives attendees access to the EXPO floor, continental breakfast and sponsor/exhibitor lunch. A limited-access badge can be purchased for $10.  This badge does not include the sponsor/exhibitor lunch.

Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD) will handle requests for carpet, additional tables, chairs and other accessories. Also, they will offer freight handling, labor at your booth, custom signage and related services.

Prior to the show, you will receive a “Service Kit” from CTD. It will provide you with information for ordering ADDITIONAL items for your display areas.
